Beach Trip - July 2009

We had a great time at the beach!

Here's a TOP 10 List:

1. Caroline took great naps on the beach (beach bum in the making)
2. Hunter loved taking walks on the beach with the Grandparents in the early morning (his usual time to get up - we got to sleep late :) Thanks Gmommy and Gdaddy!)
3. Caroline cries for exactly 3 minutes before falling asleep in the car
4. Putt Putt - MayDay Golf, a classic - Hunter hit several Par 3s and hung in there with the adults
5. Sandcastles are fun... but puddles made by the low tide are the best
6. Hunter warmed up to the ocean as long as Jason was holding him to jump waves
7. Playing a game with Aunt Vicki at the edge of the water...this helped Hunter not be afraid of the waves... he loved it and it wore him out
8. Napping on the beach (All of us napped at one time or another, this was Hunter's first experience napping on the beach.. the day he napped he slept for over 3 hours)
9. Shrimp, Fish, Crab legs..need I say more?
10. ICE-CREAM - which we ate every night!
